DUAT
Duat is a deeply personal passion project of mine.
It is an ode to my fascination with classical Sci-Fi and horror.
I have been slowly working on turning it into an animated short film.
The story is about a desert wanderer, who has to follow a dog-esque beast into the underworld to recover something she lost long ago.
The characters designs and some backgrounds are already done. I aim to invite the viewer to an unsettling, post-apocalyptic world lost time.
The film has two characters: the desert wanderer and a dog-like beast. Below you can see their design sketches.
